Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional, timely support via phone and email.
  • Guide the public on their rights and responsibilities under relevant legislation.
  • Offer expert advice to stakeholders — from financial counsellors to staff members.
  • Process applications using internal software, following structured procedures.
Requirements:
  • You have a customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
  • A strong work ethic, availability across Monday-Saturday (6am-9pm) and Sunday (8am-8pm), and high attention to detail are also essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional phone manner, and sharp negotiation and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Confidence using multiple computer systems at once and energy, enthusiasm, and independence are highly valued.
  • Previous call centre experience is desirable.
