- Provide professional, timely support via phone and email.
- Guide the public on their rights and responsibilities under relevant legislation.
- Offer expert advice to stakeholders — from financial counsellors to staff members.
- Process applications using internal software, following structured procedures.
- You have a customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
- A strong work ethic, availability across Monday-Saturday (6am-9pm) and Sunday (8am-8pm), and high attention to detail are also essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional phone manner, and sharp negotiation and problem-solving skills are required.
- Confidence using multiple computer systems at once and energy, enthusiasm, and independence are highly valued.
- Previous call centre experience is desirable.
