About this Role

We are seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our team at Linesight. As a senior member of our cost management team, you will work closely with experienced professionals to deliver high-quality projects. With your expertise and passion for cost management, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the tender process from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
  • Manage the change management process, identifying, analyzing, approving, and implementing changes that affect project costs.
  • Analyze tenders to ensure client value for money.
  • Assist in preparing and agreeing on final accounts, including handling any claims to ensure clients get best value from works undertaken.
  • Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments.
  • Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicating variations to your team.
  • Support project management and clear decision-making through excellent cost documentation and timely communication.
  • Support the settlement of construction disputes and loss and expense claims with transparency.
  • Foster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadership.
