About the Role

As a key member of the Metro North Health team, you will play a critical role in overseeing and reviewing the digital and ICT standards, policies, processes, and procedures that form the governance and management framework for Digital Metro North (DMN).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage process frameworks in a complex service delivery organization.
  • Drive a team environment, developing effective working relationships with team members to support the successful support of ICT standards and process development across DMN.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of appropriate service management techniques, methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
Requirements
  • Three or more years of experience in the development, implementation, and management of process frameworks in a complex service delivery organization.
  • Proven highly developed research, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive a team environment and develop effective working relationships with team members.
  • Comprehensive understanding of appropriate service management techniques, methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
