Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Insights and Strategy
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the education industry, including global best practices and emerging trends.
    • Provide strategic guidance to customers on how to leverage Microsoft technology to drive business outcomes.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer pain points and opportunities.
  • Trusted Advisor and Thought Leadership
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
    • Provide expert advice on IT strategy, business transformation, and technology landscape.
    • Develop and deliver thought leadership content to drive business outcomes and growth.
  • Technology Strategy Formulation and Sales
    • Identify and develop strategic opportunities for Microsoft solutions.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital transformation, technology strategy, and business transformation.
  • Strong understanding of the education industry and Microsoft technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and customers.
