About the Role

As a Support Worker, your key responsibility is to deliver personalised support in a group home setting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting clients at mealtimes, providing personal care, administering medication and manual handling
  • Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community
  • Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent
  • Transporting clients using CPA vehicles

Our team focuses on empowering individuals with disability to drive their own decisions and goals.

Requirements
  • Available for a minimum of 4-5 days per week, with 25-35 hours of work
  • Must be available for early morning shifts (6am-9am)
  • A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum) is required
