Lifestyle Officer

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at the Shalom Centre in Macquarie Park. As a registered not-for-profit organisation, you may be eligible for generous tax-free salary packaging benefits.

This is a 6-months max term part-time contract (with view to extend) with family-friendly hours: 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, supporting and enriching the lives of our residents through meaningful engagement and activities.

About the Role

As a Lifestyle Officer, you'll help create engaging and uplifting experiences for our residents through social, recreational, cultural, and wellbeing programs. Your work will support mental health, foster independence, and celebrate each resident's individuality.

You'll be supported every step of the way by our Lifestyle Coordinator and dedicated care team at Macquarie Park, working together to deliver exceptional care and quality of life.

About You

- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or related qualification, or willingness to attain (desired)
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- Team player who enjoys interacting with older people and has the right heart and drive to serve
- Basic technology/computer skills and willingness to take part in ongoing education
- Current First Aid certificate
- Hold a current drivers license
