Job Title: Disability Support Practitioner

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication administration

">Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum)
  • Availability for 4-5 days per week, with flexible shifts across a 24/7 roster
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
