Disability Support Practitioner Role
About the RoleOur organization is dedicated to providing support and care for individuals with disabilities. We are seeking a passionate and empathetic practitioner to join our team, focusing on supporting people with disabilities to live meaningful lives.
- Develop and implement personalized plans to promote independence, dignity, and well-being of clients.
- Assist clients in expressing themselves through various creative mediums such as art, cooking, and gardening.
- Support clients with daily living activities, including mealtimes, personal care, and medication.
- Engage clients in health and wellness activities like yoga and gym exercises.
- Be available for a minimum of 3-4 days per week, working between 9:30 am and 3:30 pm.
- Hold a valid driver's license (P2 or full).
