As a Job Seeker Support Specialist, you will work one-on-one with clients to provide support for sustainable employment.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Motivating people to understand and trust their abilities and remove perceived barriers
  • Supporting people to find sustainable employment
  • Building a network of local employers
  • Advocating for people living with disability, injury or health condition

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following skills and experience:

  • A passion for helping people living with disability
  • The drive to advocate for others
  • Resilience in the face of setbacks
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A current driver's license
  • Fluency in another language and culture (advantageous)
