We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Guest Service Manager to join our front office team at Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park.
About The HotelSituated on a grand 19th Century estate among 10 acres of formal English gardens, Lancemore Mansion Hotel offers a unique experience. Enjoy the spectacular grounds, rich history, grand architecture, and elegance. Relax with treatments at our award-winning spa, have a picnic in the gardens, and dine at Joseph's restaurant. Nearby attractions include Werribee Open Range Zoo, Victoria State Rose Garden, and the Historic Chirnside Mansion.
About The Role- Deliver exceptional guest experiences throughout their stay, including reservations, arrivals, and departures.
- Represent the hotel positively over the phone, email, and in person.
- Make recommendations about the hotel and local area.
- Respond to guest feedback, concerns, or complaints appropriately and follow up as needed.
- Experience in a similar role with exposure to front office reception and reservations.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, problem-solving, and taking accountability.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative skills and system proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and collaborating effectively.
- Flexible to work mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and public holidays for at least 6 months.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach.
