Set in an old 1920's automobile showroom, The Royce Hotel is a boutique 5 Star hotel located next to the Botanical Gardens on St Kilda Road. Inspired by the golden age of hotels, when opulence was expected, indulgence encourages, originals were applauded and the fabulous celebrated.
About the role
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, as a Guest Service Agent you will be performing a variety of duties throughout the hotel.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide exceptional service to guests.
- Guest check in/check out.
- Greet and serve guests in a prompt manner.
- Assisting with luggage on guest arrival and departure.
- Look after guest enquiries in a professional manner.
About you
Working within the hospitality environment you will have a bright, energetic attitude and most importantly - love to have fun, in addition to;
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- A real go getter, who can think on their feet.
- Strong attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of personal presentation and grooming.
- Flexibility to work various rostered shifts over a seven day roster.
- Current Victorian Driver's License.
Demonstrated experience in a similar role in a hotel environment is essential.
