This role provides exceptional administrative support to management, ensuring seamless communication between the office and its internal and external stakeholders.
About The RoleAs a skilled Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering high-level support, acting as a trusted point of contact and coordinating office workflows, committee support, and financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide executive support including diary, travel, and correspondence management.
- Act as a professional first point of contact for stakeholders.
- Coordinate office workflows, committee support, and financial tasks.
- Assist with events, reporting, and minor project administration.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or completion of an associate diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Proficient in computer operation, including business software (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, email) and corporate information systems.
- Proven ability to operate in a cooperative and collaborative team-based environment, including contributing to the achievements of team goals, KPIs, and project outcomes.
- A current C Class Driver's License.
- A Blue card (Working with children positive notice).
The successful candidate can expect:
