Project Manager

TPG Telecom seeks an experienced and skilled Project Manager to lead complex managed services and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Telco/IT Managed Services, with expertise in delivering large-scale SD-WAN solutions, data centre and cloud transformations, and security features.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from kick-off to closure, ensuring alignment with project scope, delivery, and objectives. They will engage with stakeholders to achieve project success, maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, and prioritize and manage projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Project Lifecycle: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from project kick-off to closure, ensuring alignment with project scope, delivery, and objectives.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure On-Time and On-Budget Delivery: Prioritize and manage projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of leading complex telecommunications projects, end-to-end, with Prince2 and ITIL accreditation.
  • Hands-on expertise in delivering large-scale SD-WAN solutions (Fortinet, Cisco Meraki) and other Telco infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record managing data centre and cloud transformations (AWS/Azure), including security features and cloud-native applications.
  • Ability to translate intricate technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
