Service Delivery Excellence

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Lead to join our team. As a leading provider of financial and healthcare services, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-tier service to customers throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to business-as-usual operations.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, streamlining communication and fostering strong relationships.
  • Champion customer requirements through support, delivery, architecture, and technology organizations.
  • Balance advocacy of customer needs with business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end project management efforts for large customer programs, ensuring workstream objectives are met and stakeholders are aligned.
  • Track and facilitate resolution on all customer-related issues.
  • Influence prioritization of incident resolution, release deployment, and new client onboarding projects.
  • Manage and resolve reactive issues that may occur.
  • Provide comprehensive service management reports, including detailed service level performance reporting.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, leading medium to high complexity infrastructure and IT systems integration projects.
  • Proven experience working in an IT customer service delivery role under a managed service framework.
  • Sound technical understanding of cloud infrastructure and CI/CD technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams in a fast-moving environment.
  • Deep understanding of service management principles and best practices to ensure efficient delivery of services.
  • Possess superb leadership and interpersonal skills, passionate about delivering customer-driven solutions.
  • Strong customer-facing experience in an IT/MSP service delivery environment.
  • Experience managing complex relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
