Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Operations and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and customer support functions.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in accelerating our growth and achieving our vision. You will work closely with delivery partners to ensure timely order delivery, optimize delivery routes and schedules using data analysis, and manage order fulfillment, packing, labeling, and dispatching.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate rosters of Delivery Drivers, considering delivery schedules, efficiency, and order volume. Additionally, you will implement systems to track and manage order status, shipping information, and dispatch orders, as well as resolve delivery-related issues such as delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies.

As an Operations and Customer Support Specialist, you will conduct periodic inventory counts and report physical product stock levels. You will also generate and manage purchase orders from product wholesalers, updating product pricing on our website.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely order delivery
  2. Optimize delivery routes and schedules using data analysis
  3. Manage order fulfillment, packing, labeling, and dispatching
  4. Maintain accurate rosters of Delivery Drivers
  5. Implement systems to track and manage order status, shipping information, and dispatch orders
  6. Resolve delivery-related issues

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience collaborating with third-party carriers and logistics partners
