We're on the lookout for Front of House Casuals to join our team at Holey Moley in Darlinghurst, Sydney.

Job Summary

Create and deliver exceptional guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset.

Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge, and proactive guest engagement.

Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed.

Take pride in your venue, making sure it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times.

Own your space – be trained in all areas and whether you're behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Uniqueness and a passion for fun.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, positivity – and bucketloads of it
  • Customer service, hospitality, or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport.
  • A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests – teens, kids, and adults.
  • Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights.
  • A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them.
