We are seeking a Service Delivery Expert to join our team in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality service.

As a Service Delivery Expert, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver timely and effective communication outcomes. You will also coordinate and manage client-requested projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage client-requested projects from initiation to completion
- Deliver quality service to clients by understanding their business needs and managing all requirements to meet milestones
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve common goals
