Job Description

A Telephony Tech Lead is required to manage and maintain Cisco VoIP telephony systems. The role will engage with service providers, liaise with business teams, and coordinate to deliver outcomes that meet business needs.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, flexibility, team focus, and a customer-centric lens. They will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, ensuring timely resolution, and managing licenses for the telephony platform.

Additionally, the candidate will provide support to the network team for maintaining, supporting, and improving the local network infrastructure for AIA Australia.

They will also monitor ServiceNow queues and take appropriate steps to resolve incidents and action requests to ensure service levels are met.
