Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a technical professional to lead our IT infrastructure and service management initiatives. As a Network and Telephony Lead, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through effective IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network and telephony systems

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives

- Develop and manage budgets for IT infrastructure and service-related expenditures

- Foster relationships with external IT service providers to ensure seamless service delivery

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in network and telephony technologies, including firewalls, load balancers, SDWAN, data centre switching, hosted unified communications, and cloud connectivity
  • Successful performance management of external IT service providers, specifically an outsourced IT vendor model
  • Understanding of virtualisation and cloud computing concepts
