Job Overview

As a field technician, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service across various technologies. This autonomous position involves responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of products and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cabling installation (copper and fibre) including jointing, jumpering, and splicing
  • Installation of Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
  • Fault diagnosis and repair of cabling networks and CPE
