Field Service Specialist

This role is a key position within our technical services team, responsible for delivering high-quality support to both internal and external customers across various states.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation, calibration, maintenance, and repair of equipment provided by the company.
  • Offer technical guidance and support to sales personnel.
  • Maintain excellent communication standards with clients, including appearance, vehicle condition, and communication skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Respond promptly to calls as scheduled by Technical Service Support Coordinators.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in parts usage for service work, verified through stocktake variations.
  • Promote the company's service offerings to clients, including proactive communication regarding benefits and scheduling of preventative maintenance services.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A relevant degree or certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Maturity of judgment and discretion.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to operate independently.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced computer proficiency with expertise in MS Office Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Access.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to contribute to and support team objectives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to prioritize conflicting workloads and multitask effectively.
  • High levels of personal drive and motivation.
