We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team at a leading national membership association. This is a permanent role offering a salary range of $80,000 - $95,000 plus superannuation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional events that align with our mission and objectives, from conceptualisation to execution.
  • Manage key stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Identify and secure high-profile speakers for conferences and webcasts.
  • Develop sponsorship opportunities with members to support event costs.
  • Oversee budget and project management for all events, ensuring timely delivery and within allocated resources.
  • Produce timelines, run sheets, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
  • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring all contracts are in place and adhering to industry standards.
  • Coordinate logistics and operations for events, including risk management and OH&S compliance.
  • Oversee the management of EventsAIR, ensuring seamless event execution and post-event evaluation.
Requirements
