Job Title: Junior Client Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Client Consultant to join our team. As a Junior Client Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and training to our clients, utilizing various mediums such as video calls, face-to-face classroom-based training, and webinars.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality support for customers transitioning from other products
  • Coordinate and conduct onsite product demonstrations and training sessions
  • Collaborate with the Product team to successfully implement configuration changes and product enhancements
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into the development of new products and marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • Excellent public speaking skills and high level of written communication
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly attitude
  • Proven ability to become an expert in complex software packages
  • Willingness to travel across Queensland and Northern Territory states periodically
