Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including typing, preparing court documents, and contacting clients.
  • Assist with preparing briefs for barristers and relief reception duties.
  • Perform filing and general administration tasks.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, insurers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 months+ experience as a legal secretary/assistant/paralegal or office administrator.
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and accurate typing speed of minimum 50-55+wpm.
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and positive attitude.
  • Highly organized and able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a vibrant, busy, and fast-paced environment.
  • Hungry to progress your career long-term with a reputable law firm.
