About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physicians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care, possess excellent clinical skills, and be enthusiastic about working in a collaborative environment with First Nation peoples and communities. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to attend local schools to conduct 715 Health Checks and work closely with Aboriginal Health Workers and Nursing Staff.

Key Selection Criteria:
* Registration as a Primary Care Physician with AHPRA
* Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate clinical care and primary health care strategies
* Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes
* Ability to support a continuous improvement model for achieving outcomes

Salary:
