About the Role

Fujitsu is seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a team of technical specialists, ensuring that service levels are met, and establishing relationships with customers and managers across Fujitsu.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of technical specialists to ensure service levels are met.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and managers across Fujitsu.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure that technical skill levels and resources are adequate.
  • Plan and control resource allocation and scheduling to meet service demands.
  • Anticipate and address business issues that impact the team.
  • Deliver services that meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Focus on improving core skills, adopting standard processes, and encouraging reuse.
  • Ensure adherence to agreed strategic toolsets and promote improved deployment and usage.
About You
  • Maintain and grow technical skill levels of the team, balancing technical capability with soft skills.
  • Coach and mentor team members.
  • Awareness and conformance to relevant standards.
  • Complete all aspects of the Performance Management process.
  • Build relationships with internal peers, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Recognize and communicate risks to appropriate channels.
  • Regularly review service issues and exceptions.
  • Encourage best practice across the team, including documentation and sharing.
  • Adhere to standard processes.
  • Hold minimum NV1 Security Clearance.
