The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients, including L3 Wintel incident management within their ITSM toolset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L3 Technical Support and administration via clients ITSM toolset within the Service health indicator (SHI'S) timeframe
  • Third Party Vendor Engagement
  • Participate in client projects when required
  • Develop and Update standard Operating Procedures (SOP'S)
  • Develop and update Detailed level design
  • Participate in out of hours activities as required

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge & Experience in Microsoft Server 2016/2019 products and integrated technologies
  • Demonstrated knowledge and Experience in Active Directory & Identify Management Services
  • Demonstrated Knowledge & Experience in Vmware Vsphere 7
  • Demonstrated Knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server 2016/9
  • Proficiency in advanced scripting
  • ITIL V3/V4 certification
  • NV2 security clearance is required
