About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Director of People and Culture. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our people strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that drives business results
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of HR professionals
  • Partner with business leaders to enhance the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Implement cultural initiatives and programs to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent management, succession planning, and organizational design
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources leadership positions
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful people strategies
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and ANZ employment regulations
  • Experience in the FMCG/manufacturing industry is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influence skills
