Strategic Stakeholder Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Principal Engagement Adviser to join our Communications and Engagement Branch.
This strategic role requires strong relationships and partnerships between the Department and its diverse stakeholders and communities.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in establishing best practice engagement frameworks for stakeholders, community and consumers.
- Providing authoritative and expert advice on change communication and staff engagement strategies and related change and reputation risk management.
- Developing contemporary and integrated engagement strategies that meet ministerial requirements and key Government priorities.
- Collaborating across the branch and other areas of the department to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with colleagues, senior internal and external stakeholders and ministerial office staff.
You will also represent the department on government and non-government committees and bodies concerned with achieving government and departmental objectives.
