The Stakeholder Engagement Advisor will play a pivotal role in facilitating stakeholder participation, developing and implementing annual engagement plans, and working with the Strategic Communications team to create effective engagement strategies.

Key qualifications for this position include a tertiary qualification in a field related to engagement or strategic stakeholder engagement experience at a senior level. The successful candidate will possess high-level contemporary stakeholder engagement skills, exceptional interpersonal and relationship management capabilities, and strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, flexible, and autonomous, with the ability to prioritise and deliver against milestones in short time periods. A sound knowledge of government practices would be an asset.
