Experienced Retail Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Retail Manager to join our team in Northern Perth as a Floating Store Manager.

The successful candidate will partner closely with Assistant Store Managers to manage all aspects of business operations, providing expert home styling advice and driving outstanding financial results.

This role involves working across different store locations within Perth to cover periods of annual and long service leave, as well as any Management vacancies. Flexibility to travel is required.

We operate with a minimum of two team members during shifts, allowing us to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

As a Floating Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing store operations, including sales, stock control, and visual merchandising
  • Leading by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills, and promoting a positive work environment
  • Working collaboratively with Assistant Store Managers to achieve sales budgets and KPIs

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced/high-volume retail environment
  • A passion for homewares and vested interest in Bed Bath N' Table
  • A drive to achieve store and individual sales budgets and KPIs
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • High visual merchandising standards
