As the Store Director of our Hawthorn shop, you will lead a diverse team of volunteers in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
We are seeking a retail professional with experience in managing teams and achieving results. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring your team to deliver outstanding customer service and visual merchandising.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of retail management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results. They will be able to manage competing priorities, tasks, and expectations while maintaining a positive team spirit.
A competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $100,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in driving business success. In addition to a good remuneration package, you will have the opportunity to work for an organisation that is making a real difference in the community.
