We're seeking charismatic and cheerful Seasonal Homeware Assistants to join our team this festive season. As a valued member of our team, you'll play a key role in making Christmas 2024 sparkle for our customers.

Salary

Our Seasonal Homeware Assistants will be paid based on the General Retail Industry Award, providing a competitive hourly rate that reflects the demands and rewards of working during the peak holiday period.

Job Description

As a Seasonal Homeware Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with operational tasks, and contributing to the overall success of our stores. Your duties may include:

  • Providing engaging and efficient point-of-sale services that meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Assisting with unpacking and replenishing stock, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing
  • Participating in visual merchandising initiatives to maintain store displays and promote our products
  • Supporting colleagues during peak trading periods, including evenings and weekends

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a love of beautiful homewares
  • High positive energy, confidence, and a can-do approach to achieving team goals
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Availability to start from mid-November, with great availability between 14 December 2024 through to 5 January 2025, including weekends and evenings
