Warehouse Operations Manager

Our Warehouse Team Leader plays a pivotal role in achieving the "Perfect Order" through efficient picking, packing, and dispatching of finished products.

  • Leads and coaches warehouse staff to achieve key performance indicators and maintain high performance levels.
  • Ensures safety standards are upheld and drives a strong safety culture within the team.
  • Manages daily operations including inventory management, MHE maintenance, and shift reporting.
  • Collaborates with internal teams (Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales) and external partners (Transportation, Security, Labour Hire).
  • Supports onboarding, training, and development of team members.
  • Maintains compliance with company policies and audit readiness requirements.

This role requires a proven leader with experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment, as well as SAP or similar WMS knowledge.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, high attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
