Warehouse Operations Director

As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in directing and guiding teams within our Distribution Centre to ensure containers are efficiently processed, stock is properly replenished, and merchandise is dispatched to stores at an exceptional service level.
About the Role:- Maintain a high-level standard of workplace safety and wellbeing
- Promote a culture of warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Achieve customer satisfaction targets by optimizing labor and expense management
- Oversee daily operations, including coordination of inbound and outbound activities to meet business objectives
You will be expected to lead by example and demonstrate active commitment to compliance, ensuring accountability through clear roles and performance plans. Regular feedback and performance management are essential for success in this position.
Our ideal candidate will have prior experience in warehouse operations, technical knowledge of warehouse management systems, and a proven track record of leading and developing teams within a fast-paced distribution environment. Relevant certifications and qualifications, such as Certificate III in Warehouse Operations and Certificate IV in Frontline Management, are highly regarded.
