Strategic Warehouse Leadership Opportunity

This is an executive-level role where you will lead the strategic direction of our warehouse operations, drive operational excellence, and directly impact business growth.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with exceptional people management and leadership capabilities to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure productivity targets and service level agreements are met, and manage relationships with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of domestic and international freight, customs, and logistics regulations, as well as proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management.

In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive warehouse strategy aligned with company objectives, lead warehouse expansion projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and monitor KPIs and operational metrics across all warehouse functions
  • Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans for warehouse operations
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with procurement, sales, finance, and customer service teams
