Warehouse Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operations of our night shift team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong operational expertise, and exceptional communication abilities.

This role involves managing a team of 50+ employees to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of 50+ employees to achieve safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations.
  • Overseeing night shift activities including receiving, storing, picking, and loading product in line with company policy and OH&S standards.
  • Ensuring trucks are loaded on time and in full to meet strict delivery cut-offs.
  • Monitoring labour budgets, overtime, picking rates, and accuracy levels to meet operational targets.
  • Championing a proactive safety culture, ensuring HACCP, food safety, and OH&S requirements are consistently met.
  • Liaising with transport teams to ensure smooth coordination between warehouse and drivers.
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints with corrective action and a focus on service recovery.
