About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at Adbri Limited. As a key member of our Corporate Office, you will provide administrative support to our Executive Assistant(s) and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of the Corporate Office, ensuring a high level of organization and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of corporate credit cards and assist with the raising and receipting of purchase orders.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Team to achieve business objectives and support the development of strategic plans.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in SAP and Docusign an advantage.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
