Role Overview

The Administrative Coordinator to Deputy CEO plays a vital role in supporting the Deputy CEO in coordinating business support functions, administrative services, and daily schedule. This position requires a high level of integrity, professionalism, and a passion to support others.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide confidential, proactive, and organized administrative services to the Deputy CEO.
  • Coordinate communication services for the Deputy CEO, including liaison with stakeholders, government agencies, and the public.
  • Manage the Deputy CEO's schedule, including calendar, email, correspondence, travel, and accommodation.
  • Offer advice and support for committee representations, including meeting papers, research, and status reports.
  • Promote effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Special Conditions:

  • The role requires occasional out-of-hours and weekend work.
  • Engagement is subject to a satisfactory Department of Human Services Working with Children Check.
  • Intrastate and interstate travel may be required.
