We are seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our team in Western Sydney. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for leading major hospital redevelopments across Cumberland and Rouse Hill health precincts.

The role supports smooth transitions through effective planning, stakeholder engagement, and service readiness strategies. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Servicing redevelopment, change and commissioning projects
  • Working collaboratively with teams across Cumberland and Rouse Hill developments
  • Coordinating project documentation, briefs and reporting
  • Engaging with stakeholders to support change initiatives
  • Assisting in planning, readiness and decision-making activities

To succeed in this role, you will require relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in change management, quality improvement and/or project support in a complex healthcare environment.

Your skills and knowledge should include:

  • Demonstrated expertise within the context of capital works projects including health facility planning and commissioning activities
  • Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated effective time management and organisation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
