We're seeking a seasoned and commercially-minded Senior Performance Manager to take full ownership of performance marketing and customer acquisition efforts.
This leadership role is critical to the sustainable growth of the business, responsible for driving acquisition volumes, maximising margin, and strengthening the acquisition ecosystem.
You will lead a high-performing, multi-tiered team focused on delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, high-volume B2 C environment.
The role demands exceptional strategic thinking, strong commercial acumen, mature leadership, and a relentless focus on results.
You will shape the growth agenda through innovation, experimentation, data-led decision-making, and continuous collaboration with internal and external partners.
The successful candidate will be a driving force behind a performance-first culture — owning team outputs and marketing ROI while consistently raising the bar on execution, people development, and customer impact.
