Lifecycle Marketing Expert

Unlocking customer growth and retention across the end-to-end journey requires a strategic approach. We're seeking a skilled Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to help drive business success through targeted, personalized communications.

This is a unique opportunity to shape and execute high-impact lifecycle programs that accelerate onboarding, deepen engagement, and increase customer lifetime value.

  • Design, launch, and optimize automated lifecycle campaigns to guide customers through onboarding, conversion, and re-engagement stages
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop targeted, experiment-driven communications
  • Manage segmentation, dynamic content, and triggers within the CRM and marketing technology stack
  • Build and execute A/B and multivariate tests to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Support the evolution of lifecycle measurement frameworks and KPIs alongside senior leadership

To succeed in this role, you'll need 2-4 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing, preferably within digital product or e-commerce environments. You should also be proficient with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Salesforce, or similar tools.
