The Role

We're seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our Therapy & Family Services team in Queensland. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality speech pathology services to children with hearing loss, including assessment, therapy, and support to their families.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You'll work closely with families to develop individualised plans that cater to their unique needs and goals.
  • You'll administer assessments and provide therapy sessions to children, ensuring they receive the best possible outcomes.
  • You'll maintain accurate case notes and progress reports, demonstrating your commitment to excellent clinical management.
  • You'll collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive approach to service delivery.
  • You'll stay up-to-date with industry developments, participating in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor or Master's degree in Speech Pathology, along with relevant experience working with children who are deaf or hard of hearing. You should hold current registration as a Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia, as well as an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check/Blue Card.
