About The Role

The Marketing Campaigns Specialist works under the direction of the Marketing Manager to deliver marketing plans across Deaf Connect's programs and services.

You will be responsible for implementing agreed strategies, ensuring alignment of cross-functional responsibilities, and achieving business objectives and community outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the implementation of marketing plans across Deaf Connect's full range of programs and services
  • Analyse campaign metrics and produce reports to inform future marketing strategies
  • Maintain and administer campaign marketing systems, tools, and resources for continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with marketing standards and legislative requirements
  • Comply with Deaf Connect policies and procedures for workplace health and safety
About You

In your application, please highlight your relevant experience in campaign marketing coordination, high organisational skills, and understanding of data analysis.

We also welcome applicants with tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field, as well as those with an understanding of the community or not-for-profit sector and Auslan skills.
