The role involves leading a team of new graduate and junior speech pathologists, providing clinical supervision and mentoring. You will also be responsible for facilitating in-house professional development training sessions and working with a caseload of paediatric clients.

As a senior member of the team, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take on additional responsibilities. With access to established supervision and mentoring programs, you'll be supported every step of the way.

About the Position

  • Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 + Super

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with language and speech disorders. Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualification: Speech Pathology
  • Experience: 4+ years as a Speech Pathologist, preferably with previous supervision experience
  • SPA Membership: Current membership
  • Working Rights: Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Licenses: Drivers license and own vehicle
