">The role of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Specialist plays a crucial part in ensuring a safe working environment. The specialist will oversee the HSEQ aspects around projects, coordinating documentation preparation, implementing processes, procedures and policies.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Developing local policies, procedures, guidelines and technical specifications to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Negotiating with contractors on HSE elements for major and minor contracts.
- Establishing budgets for projects and reviewing implementation regularly.
- Reviewing contractor management plans against company standards and regulatory framework.
- Controlling HSE documentation and making amendments as necessary.
Requirements
">The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in HSE roles within construction &/or Operation & Maintenance, with expertise in hazard identification, risk assessment, root cause analysis, and incident investigation.
