About This RoleWe are seeking experienced Health, Safety and Environment professionals to join our team in Sydney.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the implementation, delivery and continuous improvement of HSE processes across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide site HSE services on behalf of our organization
  • Deliver a qualitative system that meets all HSE requirements
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations
  • Report on and investigate HSE incidents
  • Coach and provide HSE training and technical support
  • Conduct internal audits and site audits
Requirements
  • HSE experience within construction, property management or facility management industries
  • Knowledge of HSE legislative requirements and industry compliance
  • Sound knowledge and experience utilizing online compliance-based systems
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Certificate IV in WHS and Environmental Management or related discipline
  • Ability to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible approach
  • At least 12 months' experience in a HSE Advisory role
