To lead our high-performing team, we seek a visionary Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Manager who can drive excellence in sustainability and safety across Australia and New Zealand. In this strategic role, you will shape the future of our organization by setting the direction and delivering the SHEQ roadmap, aligned with our Continuous Excellence framework.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive SHEQ strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Inspire a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement among your team members.
- Oversight of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 implementations to maintain industry-recognized standards.
- Lead innovative recycling programs and waste reduction initiatives to drive sustainability forward.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, lead audits, and strengthen crisis and continuity planning to build capability and resilience.
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or Chemical Engineering.
- Preferred qualifications include lead auditor certification and HSE credentials such as BCSP or IOSH.
- Proven experience in SHEQ systems, P&L management, and cross-functional leadership.
