About the Role

This exciting opportunity will lead the delivery of specialist workforce services for our site by ensuring compliance with Deed requirements and achievement of performance measures. The right candidate will develop and maintain current solutions for customers with a prior offender history, develop strategies and employment initiatives to generate suitable employment outcomes, and ensure the Workforce Service Model is delivered appropriately and effectively.

This role will play a pivotal part in developing, coaching, and driving the performance of your teams while building a supportive culture at sites.

This position is being offered on a full-time, ongoing basis located at our Kilkenny site. Some limited travel may be involved to Oaklands Park for outreach services management.

About You

To be successful in the role, you will need to:

Work effectively with a diverse range of people, employers, and staff;

Prove your strong knowledge of industry and the labour market;

Prove your ability to motivate and develop positive relationships with all stakeholders including staff;

Demonstrate strong task and time management skills with attention to detail and data integrity;

Ensure administration requirements and reports are accurate and up-to-date, and provide reports and other information to management as required; and

Demonstrate strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office suite, including the ability to type 30 words per minute.

You will also be required to:

Hold a valid driver's license;

Have at least three years' experience in Employment Services; and

Hold a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development.

A background working in Justice programs or working with prior offenders/WFA is highly desirable.
