Business Development and Marketing Coordinators

This role involves supporting our Business Development Managers in executing strategic plans for practices, industries, and clients. Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality tenders and credential statements;
  • Coordinating firm, practice, and client events;
  • Preparing email marketing campaigns and social media posts;
  • Contributing to the firm's strategy and innovation projects;
  • Assisting with CRM system maintenance and client research;
  • Participating in client listening initiatives;
  • Preparing legal directory submissions;

As a successful candidate, you will hold tertiary qualifications in a business or communications-related discipline, and a minimum of one year's experience as a Business Development and Marketing Coordinator.

You will be both enthusiastic and proactive, with a keen interest in engaging with a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities.

Furthermore, you will demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Strong writing, verbal communication, and presentation skills;
  • Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise workflow, follow procedures, and communicate progress effectively;
  • Prior experience working with stakeholders at varying levels;
  • A hands-on, proactive, and collaborative working style;
  • Flexibility to undertake a range of tasks while appropriately managing priorities and deadlines;
  • An interest in continuous learning and process improvement;
  • Maturity to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
